8.      We are practicing "Double Blind Peer Review" in the reviewing process where Authors and Reviewers SHOULD NOT KNOW about each others to avoid any conflicts. Please provide the basic information only. You can also add “Co-Authors” here.

9.      Provide your manuscript TITLE and ABSTRACT and click “Submit”.

10.Wait for the Conference Chair decision. Please act according to the decision of the chair that will be sent via email.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Papers less than 4 pages should not be submitted .

NOTE: The full paper must be submitted in TWO formats, *.DOC and *.PDF.


The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration.

Follows author guidelines and use the template in Microsoft Word (doc).

Regular paper MUST BE 5 PAGES, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages can be purchased at $50 (US dollars) per extra page.

All figures, tables and references are cited in the text.

All author names and the corresponding emails are correct. The acceptance letters will be sent to all authors.



Authors who submit to this conference agree (if the papers are accepted) to the following terms:

a) Authors to transfer to publisher during the full term of copyright, the exclusive rights comprises in the copyright of the Work, including but not limited to the right to publish the Work and the material contained therein throughout the word, in all languages and in all media of expression now known or later developed and to license or permit others to do so.

b) The author represents that the Work is the author's original work. If the Work was prepared jointly, the author agrees to inform the co-authors of the terms of this Agreement and to obtain their permission to sign on their behalf. The Work is submitted only to this, and has not been published before. The author represents that, to the best of his or her knowledge, the Work contains no libelous or unlawful statements, does not infringe on the rights of others, or no material or instructions that might cause harm or injury.

c) If requested by the publisher, the author signs his or her Copyright Transfer Agreement prior to publication process.
