SUBMISSION WORKFLOW

1.     Abstract submission by Main Author. Please click HERE.

2.     Suitability screen of the abstract by Conference Chair.

3.     Decision by Conference Chair. Notification email will be sent to the main author. Please wait for the notification email before you can submit the full paper.

4.     Full paper submission by Main Author at Scientific.net.

5.     Similarity screening by the Conference Chair. In order to ensure the quality of the paper submitted, papers with more than 30% similarity score will be withdrawn prior to review process.

6.     Paper screening to ensure the suitability of the conference tracks by the Technical Program Chair.

7.     Double blind review by at least 2 Editorial Review Board Members.

8.     Final judgment by Track Chair based on the recommendation by the Editorial Review Board Members.

 

SUBMISSION PROCEDURES

1.      Go to Submission Page.

2.      Click "Account" and proceed with the registration procedure.

3.      Select a scheduled conference.

4.      Fill in all required fields marked with "*".

5.      Register as "Author" and as "Reviewer" if willing to review other author's paper.

6.      Click "New Submission" and proceed to the abstract submission page. 

7.      Check the "Submission Checklist" and "check" the copyright notice.

8.      We are practicing "Double Blind Peer Review" in the reviewing process where Authors and Reviewers SHOULD NOT KNOW about each others to avoid any conflicts. Please provide the basic information only. You can also add “Co-Authors” here.

9.      Provide your manuscript TITLE and ABSTRACT and click “Submit”.  Please make sure that the abstract is not more than 250 words.

10.Wait for the Conference Chair decision. Please act according to the decision of the chair that will be sent via email.

11.If ACCEPTED, please proceed with the “Upload Submission” procedure.

12.Upload the manuscript file. BASICALLY, Please DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT AUTHORS AND CO-AUTHORS IN THE MANUSCRIPT during the initial stage of manuscript submission process. Leave the spaces for Authors and Affiliation "as it is" when submitting the manuscript.

13.We will ask Author to insert the information after the acceptance of the paper.
